2-day workshop on leadership based on programs that we deliver to top companies in China
Leadership 101 is a foundation of leadership training. Its nature is transformational due to a combination of powerful coaching techniques with leadership principles and exercises designed to reset your mindset to take a leadership role in various aspects of your life.
I combined best elements of various training we provide to our multinational corporate clients and favorite exercises from my coaching assignments with individual managers and entrepreneurs that help to achieve breakthrough in personal and team leadership. RMB value of this workshop is at least 50 000, this is minimum price that we charge corporate leaders on programs like that. I want to make that affordable for individuals for much less.
The reason for doing this workshop is that not everyone has an easy access to leadership trainings, and I so much wish I had access to this information and resources years ago as I explored management roles myself. I want to provide a chance for junior and middle level managers and new entrepreneurs to explore what kind of leaders they want to become, what skills they can enhance and how they can lead their teams and projects successfully.
