This is an invitation for coaching and HR professionals to participate in the unique coaching survey covering 3 markets of China, Hong Kong and Asia. Your expertise is very important for us to help further establish coaching industry standards in high evolving Asian markets and identify trends and insights to share with coaching and HR community!
I was lucky to be invited to the team of like-minded coaching and HR professionals from Asia and Europe to help to design and implement the 4th Coaching Survey – Asia Coaching Benchmark. The survey is available in English and Chinese
The survey is 3-dimensional – we gather opinion of internal and external coaches and company representatives in 3 markets – China, Hong Kong and India.
This survey will support companies to understand the value of coaching and to get a better perspective on how coaching can support the development of their talents.
For coaches, the survey is a source of insight about how companies perceive coaching. Such reflections will give coaches an edge into adjusting their services to the market demands.

The survey will take about 15-30 minutes to complete. The survey link will be available now until Tuesday January 31, 2017. Report findings will be available to all participants in May 2017.
