Millennial Coaching is coaching for new generation of leaders, teams of mixed generations and those who are current leaders of millennials at work. The goal of the program is to integrate different generations’ mindsets in order to create the most efficient, innovative and successful team. Through awareness and understanding to synergy and collaboration, the participants of the Millennial Coaching workshop will learn how to achieve their personal development and team goals together.
